KIT MAKING KIT!

This weekend, I worked TONS. But it was fun stuff because I do indeed enjoy it. James let me wear his hat. Actually, he just put it on me. And I was too damned lazy to take it off.

Elizabeth stayed over on Saturday night, and we made beautiful blueberry pancakes in the morning. It was so freakin' Hawaiian. Let me tell you, Hawaii. All over the place. Indeed. Not to mention my naked dog running around.

I went to work today at 12, and we were overstaffed so I got to come home at like 2:30. That was grand because I did homeeework.

ALSO, Meg and I got something VERY SPECIAL... )

So I saw Sonic Youth last night. The evening began with a trip to the Inside Scoop with Gini. That was grand because Gini is HOTTTTT like fire, y'all. Then there was a very intense Improv meeting. We got shit done. Will and I went to see Sonic Youth afterwards. Ehhh, gotta' be honest...wasn't very entertained. The show just REEEALLLLy dragged on. They played pretty much ALL new stuff, and the fact that there was a 35 year old guy with horrible B.O. and so much back hair that I could see it poking out of the back of his shirt standing 2 inches from my face for half of the night didn't help my mood either. I really enjoyed seeing Emma and hanging out with Will, but it was too fucking crowded to be a lot of fun. That's about it.

Today was schooly. We had another intense Improv meeting during lunch. I came home after school, and Corey stopped by for our goodbyes. He leaves for Rochester tomorrow morning at 5:30amtime. It breaks my heart because Corey is a very special friend to me. It was emotional to say goodbye. BUT I will be visiting and seeing him when he comes back on holidays, which is grand. When I go to college, I'm going to be a wreck. Leaving everyone...that is going to be very difficult for me, since I've lived here my whole life. Everyone is here for me. I just can't imagine life without the people I'm with now. Alas, that's life, I suppose. Sigh.

I went to work this evening and it was all the fun because I love James/Chris/Justin/Jess/Jenny/Erin. All of them. LOVE IT. I work a double shift tomorrow and I'm DAMN HAPPY about it because my job is fun. EEP!

I missed the Alvarez Painting/The Never/Vibrant Green show tonight. They can survive without me. Perhaps. Indeed.

See you tomorrow!

Let's see. Paris came on Monday. I could go into detail about what we did, but all you really need to understand is that it was WONDERFUL. Paris is wonderful. It was so great. I felt like everything was just...right. She's the greatest gal ever. Her, me...and Meg. We rocked life on Monday night. I'll post picutures later.

School began today. I don't know how I feel about it...it's school. Not horrible, but certainly not fun. I love seeing my friends all together, and looking DAMN HOT(along with Jonah and Will, who looked smashing in their suits today)...but I just don't like school. I have some REALLY bitchy teachers. At least James has work internship with me! I love him! BAH SHSDLKGJ I'll give a more lovely entry at another point. Not tonight, folks.

But for now...

Let us see. Saturday was a drizzly boo bah sharah day. During the day, I really just did things around the house. I may have gone out, but I don't recall doing so. In fact, I'm quite sure that I did NOT go out. BAH NO! I went to eat lunch with my parents. That was grand. They're cute kids.

Oranges was cancelled. But THEN, it was UNCANCELLED. So we had the show. HOWEVER, one of our lead characters(and my partner-in-crime) didn't ever show up! Luckily, Will Guzzo had come to see the show. So we pulled him out of the audience, put him in costume, and he memorized his lines in 10 minutes and performed, following my lead. He did grand. I'd even dare to say he was better than the TRUE owner of the role. Go Guzzo. You saved the day/performance/early evening!

As for evening, I went to Ashley's house. Meg, Ashley, and I created a great CAR RAVE MIX cd and jammed all night. We went to Raleigh, came back, and watched movies and just enjoyed each other's company. These girls are my life, I am telling you. I love them more than oxygen. Bah!

This morning, we ate intense breakfast. Intense! I then came home for a little bit, and headed over to the Forest Theatre for the FINAL show of Oranges. It went well, although it was indeed raining the whole time.

Afterwards, we had a cast party at Emma's house. Robert and Dolores, world's greatest couple. Voting for John Kerry, can't find their teeth, and... "I could be like a security.....Robert." Not to forget mentioning "Hey there, Miss Over-the-top!"..."Hey there, Mister Nothing-on-Top." Man, I am fucking hilarious. I'll tell you.

The cast party included vegetables, hot chocolate, mocking annoying people, and people annoying me!(No one that was actually THERE....alskdgjadlskj just the actions of people who were not there and blah dee blah...whatever).

I came home and have done chores all evening, along with talking with all the people.

THIS ENTRY IS BORING! WHATEVER!

FRIDAY was a rainy and tragic day due to a little JERK....

F CHARLEY!

During the day, I got up and took a wonderous shower. We all know how great that feels.

I got a call from Meredith, who was interested in going to the mall. Since I already had an appointment to get a MAC Make-over, I was all "Sure! LEt's go!" wooo. I went and got Meredith at her house. Her aunt is crazy. She told me so(Meredith's Aunt: "I'm CRAZY!" That was funny. I'm telling you.) So we went to the mall. I got a make-over and looked hotter than usual. We did the shopping thing. That was grand Completion time: Around 3:30. Woo.

I just relaxed at home until call at 5:30. When I got to the theater, it started POURING DOWN RAIN. Let me remind you, The Forest Theatre is an OUTDOOR theatre that is PRONE TO FLOODING. It was flooded on Thursday, but we were still able to perform. However, Friday's show was indeed cancelled.

I was kind of upset that it was cancelled because Elizabeth and Sorrells had come to see the show. Oh well, at least I got to see them! laksdjgkdjslg.

Willhack, Elizabeth and I went on adventures due to cancelled Oranges. We went to McAllister's for dinner. Kids meals for all. Oh yes. Indeed. We then ran down to Starbucks for a nice frap.

It started pouring down when we were going back to the car. We got an independent to cover our heads, as well as read THIS little chunk of news... go trekky. Owning the Independent. You know how that goes.

Well, Will went to get the car(he took one for the team in that rain) and picked up me and Elizabeth. We went and collected our own cars, and came back to my house, in need of decision making.

We decided to go to Wal-Mart and buy superglue, then glue quarters to the ground and laugh at unsuspecting Wal-Mart customers as they tried to pick them up. Before hand, we played a scavanger-hunt type game. We just went around Wal-Mart for 3 minutes, finding 3 of the most rediculous items one could find.
the results... )

Continuing our journey, we found the Superglue, along with some lobsters, and a fucked up child.
Seriously. I wouldn't lie about this. )

Well, we were going to purchase the superglue...but then we were informed that you have to be 18 to buy it! WHAAAT? WHY IS THIS HAPPENING! WE MUST BE 18 TO BUY GLUE? Boo to that, young sir. Boo.

So...here we are. Superglueless. So we went home. I lied. We went to Vis-Art and rented JOHNNY ENGLISH. Funny movie, let me tell you.  F U N N Y  M O V I E !

E flat, E flat, E flat, E FLAAAT!

And on that note, I conclude.

As a wise monkey once said,

"It is time" ...........for an update. Bam!

On Tuesday, I went to Top of the Hill for lunch with my Aunt Lynn. She is greater than everyone else. We enjoyed things, including 23095802 pounds of deliciously fattening cheesecake. I have no regrets(William Hung quote for fans out there).

We had rehersal from 5:30 to ...8? I think. I'm having trouble remembering exactly what I did. That's upsetting. AH I remember! Courtney and I went to Armadillo for some wonderous Tex Mex. It was enjoyed, it was enjoyed.

Afterwards, we went to Tallula's for jazz night. I saw AARON and SARAH and FRED there! eep I hadn't seen those fellow Byuiooers in so long, it was a grand adventure. Others along the jazz train were Tim, Nick, Katie, Courtney, Fran, Jonah, and your mother(Surprise!).

The jazz was fantastically fantastic. The company was grand, as well!

I went home at like 1:15 or something. I was a tired one. I came home and talked to people on the computer because that is ALL that I do with my life. Damn.

On Wednesday, I'm sure I did something during the day. Actually, I don't think that I did. I don't know. WHY can't I remember anything? Whatever, the important part was OPENING NIGHT of ORANGES! Hoorah. It was really fun, to the X-treme.

Meghan, Travismith, Willhack, Lindsay, Ryan, mis padres, my aunt and cousin, and 203985029 more people came(slight exaggeration but you feel me). Hoorah for fun and stuff like that.

We went to Armadillo afterwards as a quasi-cast-party-type-gathering. Really, it was me, Fran, Angie, Courtney, Emma, Spike, amigo de Spike, Ryan, and Katie. That's all we needed though. Tim and Nick were there, too. I love them. For true.

I came home around 9:30(early night for Handizzle, eh eh?) annd did something. Dear god, what is wrong with my memory??  I talked online. I'm sure that's it. NO! I remember. Meg came over and we filmed part of our own version of Collateral. It's the greatest. EVER. Because Meg plays Jamie Foxx, and Meg is not black. The end.

My computer decided to be a bitch around 11:30 and keep freezing and NOT rebooting properly, so I was all "F THIS!" and I went to bed at 12:30(yes, I spent an hour trying to repair this machine).

I woke up today at 12:30. That was odd. I've never slept like that. F-ed up if you ask me.

Meghan and I went to see The Village(complete with chicken nuggets, yo! WE SNUCK THEM IN THE THEATER OH SNAP). BAHAHAHAHHAHHAHAHAHAHAHH Everyone should go see it and laugh at the Jim Hensonesque creatures. The whole time, I kept looking at Ivy and thinking "She reminds me...of me. We have the same nose. Boo." Then ELIZABETH tells me this...
the eel hat biz: have you seen le village?
ELijaH isMYfrodO: yeah its dumb
the eel hat biz: you look like ivy
Doodz, I'm famus.

After the Village, we went to the Teeter and got supplies. We then made WHITE CHOCOLATE DIPPED PRETZELS and RICE KRISPIE TREATS. HOorah for fun! It was raining intensely, however. So I wasn't sure if we were going to have Oranges tonight...(Outdoor theater, you know).

Well we ended up having the show, with some things removed, some things added. Ryan as the beautiful dove was an amazing addition. OH RYAN, YOU ARE SO PRETTY. Damn

After the show(Gini came tonight, hoorah for that. Trav and Will came again. Go them!), I came home. Now I am home. I'm going to go out to see some jazz tonight though. In like...20 minutes. Let's hope that's a fun thing. I certainly hope so. Indeed.

BY THE BY, Willhack tells me he's eating healthy now. Don't believe him. He's a liar. Oatmeal and nutri-grain bars cannot be someone's entire diet. Will, I'm telling you...I'm going to make you a complete meal one day. You will love it and be happy. No oatmeal, either.

COX ROX

Today, I got up pretty early and just moped about the house. I went to school in the morning time, and recieved a shitty C-lot space. At least Trav is in the C-lot, so I won't be completely lonesome!

After getting parking spaces and my off campus ID(I wore my wizard hat in the photo. Grand! I'll scan it later. Promise.), Me/Courtney/Will Guzzo/Meghan/Lindsay went to Kurama. We saw Bulleri there. Lindsay spilt water quite spectacularly. The water tasted like sushi, so it wasn't a big loss...it was awk.

Travis caught up with us, and we went to the comic book store. DEAR GOD I don't know WHAT happened, but Courtney and I just DIED! We got SO tired, it was rediculous. We went to our cars and drove to the forest theater. We were early for rehersal, so we slept in our cars, listening to beautifully relaxing music(Owen for me, Billie Holiday for her), until 3. At 3, we walked to the theater and began rehersal.

At rehersal, we did a speed-through and 2 run-throughs with props and partial costumes. Fran is HAWT, lemme' tell ya. Too bad my Leandro boy can't remember the world's simpliest blocking. For that he must die. Moving on:

"I'm sure she says NO when she's takin' it up the ass." Oh Spike, you know how to make everything great. Avril is such a liar, we know it.

After rehersal, I came home. Courtney and Emma came over and we made smores and watched Ghost World. ROBERT ROBERT ROBERT BOB ROBERT BOBBY ROBERT!

Now I'm sleeping. Seriously. I'm   a s l e e p ...

DEAR GOD! I have been trying to update since this morning, but Photobucket was causing problems and I had places to be, and gosh-darnit, I've just now had time to update. Indeed! Let's start with Saturday...

Saturday was INDEED an AMAZING day!

I got up pretty early, and went to Weaver Street to eat breakfast with my grandmother. It was alright. I noticed that she has things happen in her life that I'm really not interested in, but HER interest in them makes ME interested...because she's so cute when she talks about it. She was talking about her and her sister killing a snake a few weeks ago that was trying to eat some baby birds in their barn.WACK!

After breakfast, I came home and got things together to run a few errands. My grandma went home(whew) a few minutes after I left. Or maybe she left before I did. I don't remember. Either way, she went home. I went to Border's and got Travismith his BIRTHDAY PRESENTS. I got him two books. I've read parts of them, but not the entire thing. Let me say, I enjoy them quite a bit.

I got Travis The Tolkien Reader, which is all about Tolkien's writtings, including essays on fantasy, and some of his earliest works with Tom Bombadil. I also got him The Shaping of Middle Earth, which is the 4th volume in the History of Middle Earth series.

I went home, wrapped it, and chillaxed. Then at like 11:45, I went over to Travis' house for his BIRTHDAY PARTY! Justina and Adam were already there. As time went on, Jonah, Sean B, Courtney, and Willhack arrived. Travis gave me a present(on HIS birthday? Hurrr...?)! T'was a book on SPONTANEOUS HUMAN COMBUSTION. Oh, it's pure gold, I tell you. PURE gold.

Here was the day plan: Arrive at Travis' house, recieive PARTY FAVORS, and continue over to a fun-filled day at the Museum of Life and Science, in Durham. We've already arrived, so let's get onto the PARTY FAVORS...

Travis' parents came out with a big trash bag. They then asked all of us to stick our hands in, and pull out whatever was in it. Whatever we pulled out was ours to keep. The result... )

So let's get to THE PICTURES, DAMN! )

As for non-photographed things, there were space men, talking computers, bears, wolves, a choco taco, and an amazing gift shop. We went home when the museum closed at 5.

I went straight from Travis' house to work at 6. It was an alright night...my little announcements didn't go as well as Friday night, but hey, I'll do anything for a little applause. Indeed.

Will and Courtney came at the end of my shift, and we went back to my house. We watched TV and learned some great tricks in the food canning industry. We also talked about...everything else. We talk about strange things when we're together. Indeed.

Will left around 12:30ish, and that is when the fun began. Courtney and I decided to drive. Where, you ask? We drove to Raleigh. Where in Raleigh? Krispy Kreme, of course! Their drive-thru is open 24 hours a day, baby! We got there around 1:30, and enjoyed the glamourous traditional glazed, creme filled, custard filled, and traditional cake donuts. The funniest part is that Krispy Kreme was PACKED. There were like 15 people there at 1:30am! Wacky/zany.

We got home at 2, and went to bedddd!

This morning(sunday), we went to the Raleigh flea market! We got some lovely clunky jewelry, and I got a tuxedo shirt(pink!) and a white tuxedo vest with tails. It's a grand ensemble. I got some fudge, too. Because I could, dammit. Because I could.

After arriving home, Meg gave me some grand NIGHTMARE BEFORE CHRISTMAS slippers from Toronto. Hells yeah. I love them.

We went to see Collateral. That Jamie Foxx(x)...he's got it. Tom Crooooze should fix his haair.

After that adventure, I joined Meghan and Willhack for dinner at Momma Dips. Of course, I didn't get anything because dammit, we all know that I AM FASTING FOR ASHLEY OLSEN!!
Petunia52187: boo mary kate....
Petunia52187: for ashley
Petunia52187: we shall fast
HAH.

We then went to Will's house and watched Lost in Translation. Great movie, GREAT movie. Go watch it, You'll be satisfied with things afterwards.

Awkward silences are my love.

finally time to conclude this shiat! Loveyouboygirlkids. <3 handle

A new season deserves a new layout. It's fresh and wonderous.

I am discovering that I have many readers of this eljay, and yet....often recieve little or no comments. This upsets me. So, if you read my eljay and find any little sclkjgds line or segment of it quasi-interesting or questionable or ...anything, please comment. I want to know what people are thinking, and due to the fact that I am a weasel(Tis a weasel!) face barnaby bland head(?), I don't.

Honestly, I just want someone to comment. "sigh" (Emmmmma!)

Well, onto the entry, I suppose...

This morning, I got up to go to the gym. My grandmother insisted that I eat breakfast first. No, Grandma. I eat like a fucking cow during the day. I don't eat breakfast in the morning, I just eat the equivalent of 12 breakfasts during the day. God, get OFF my back.

So I met Courtney at the gym and we played. Of course, we went to Kurama afterwards. That was lovely.

I then did some errands. Went to the bank(STATE EMPLOYEE'S CREDIT UNION LYKE OMGZZ EXCITEMENT!), went to return some overdue movies, and bam! My cell phone rang. I hear this shouting girl. Doy, it's Diana. Sorry, D, but we need to give you lessons on how to speak to someone on a cell phone. We can hear you, seriously. So I'm chatting with this girl and she then says "Hey I just saw you." GEE GOLLY WHIZ! I passed her at a stoplight while we were on the phone! IT WUZ SO KEWL OMGZ I CANT BELIEVE THAT REALLY HAPPENED I LUV U DIANA. What? Yeah.

I met her and Will at the PTA. I bought some grand books. Some play called "The Night of the Iguana" by Tennessee Williams....it's some scandal about these two women who are all about this minister who is all about some teenage girls. Verging on American Beauty-esque, it seems. I also got a novel "The House In Paris" by Elizabeth Bowen. Published in 1957. Originally in 1935. Neat. Then, I got a book of 20 unabridged plays from Italy, Spain, France, Germany, Denmark, Russia, and Norway(It has A DOLL'S HOUSE in it, which is one of my favorite plays. Eep!). I nabbed a book of essays in criticism on Elizabethan drama, and then a copy of Hamlet and a prose copy of the Canterbury tales. I am now remembering though that I have a copy of the Canterbury Tales from "MDCCCLVII"...yeah, I don't do roman numerals. It's a while ago, I'm sure.

We then went to Weaver Street. I ate a tart. This kid that I don't know, who apparantly I did know at one time, came up to me and was all "YOU'RE HANDLEY! I KNOW YOU!" ANd I was all "You're nothing but the breeze to me." So that was interesting.

I then came home to an empty house and hopped on the computer, commenting like a mad woman to the many updates that I have missed from being at the beach.

My grandma came home and started asking if I ate lunch. "Yes, grandma"(I had sushi with Courtney). "Do you want me to fix you something?" "No, Grandma. I'm not hungry." "Are you SURE you ate lunch? I don't want you skipping meals." "YES. I ATE LUNCH, STOP TELLING ME THAT I DIDN'T." So yes, I yelled at her. I was trying so hard to be nice to her, but that fucking pissed me off. THen she says "Well you always skip meals. I never see you eat." Uh...what the fuck? I eat CONSTANTLY. Just because I don't get up at the crack of dawn to make eggs doesn't mean that I don't eat. I eat so much during the day. Just because I have different eating habits than her does NOT mean that I don't eat. I WISH I didn't eat, but I don't even HAVE the will-power to skip a fucking meal. FUck her.

I just looked it up. MDCCCLVII=1857. Wow. That could certainly be worth something, couldn't it? It's all old and pretty with gold letters. It's a pressed leather cover.

Let me tell you something exciting! Well, at least it's exciting for girls. I found an amazingly grand bra! It's just perfect and I feel majorly hot in it. Girls know what it's like when you find the perfect fit. It's really plain, it's just white and cotton, but damn, if I weren't so un-skanky, I'd snap a picture and post it because it looks good. SO GOOD! BRA! Instead, I'll give you a paint interpretation.

(Look how happy I am with that there bra!)

My grandma just went outside. Thank god. dlkagjsdklgjs

I'm up for a wee-update. Today, Gini called at 8 to remind me to meet her at 10 for us to do some shopping. Today, of course, was lovely Gini's 17th birthday. She's more beautiful than the world, I tell you. Honestly, she's the light in my day.

At 12, we parted and I went to work. It was great because Chris is hilarious. The hat he ordered from cafepress for Jonny(it was a The Never hat) came in, and I decided to add it to my self-decor. We called Jonny and he came in and was freaking out over it. HARDY HAR.

After work, I went to oranges rehersal. Good run through. Spike was a sickling. Emma made a great hat for any 3 - 6 month year olds who are interested. Pink/burgundy stripes....complete with NUBBIN!

After rehersal, I met ZABE/ELIZABETH/TIGER'S EYE at the Teeter! That girl is so perfectly amazing! What a wonder it was to see her. We grocery shopped and talked about random things, like feeding pigs bacon for example,   and then proceeded to get ingredients for an italian meal.

We went back to Elizabeth's casa and awaited Courtney's arrival. We then made chicken parmesan, discussed what's been going on in Chapel Thrill since she left, and all about the amazing things she did at Northwestern. It seems to have been an amazing experience.

It was great getting the Big Cat gang together. We definitely watched part of 1776...WORST MUSICAL EVER. I'm not even auditioning for it this fall. I'm sorry, Sorrells, but you made a BIG mistake with that show. A BIG mistake.

Today I got up and went to the gym. Indeed.

I went to work afterwards, where Jonny and I spent a good 3 hours on a birthday box for Mari. It's a tip top box. Heather even decorated it some. We tied a ribbon around the outside, except...the ribbon is movie reel. Hah. It's a Bourne Supremecy trailer reel.

After work, I went to rehersal. REMI IS REAL. REAL. His feet look like a corpse, but he's REAL!

I went to Mari's birthday party after rehersal. T'was very very fun! The REAL fun began after all the boys left. We played charades for like 2 hours. So great. BUTCH! free willy.  hah.

It was honestly the most fun I've had in a long time. I was so worry-free. I am not worry-free any longer, though. I have to find someone to work for me Saturday evening. Ugh. Because I'm going to the beach Friday with my bitch mother(who I love, but am incredibly furious at right now) and the Elusive James Woodall. It's going to suck.

This is text-only. That sucks. I'm sorry.
